I saw that there is moratorium condition of 'up to one year of audited revenue' which means more than 1 year before the 20% can be sold. Correct me if I am wrong.

Sifus, just wondering, those investors who bought at IPO would have their investment now valued at RM0.775 (M=$0.715 + S=$0.06). Wouldn't that be good enough for those investors to vote yes??

Sifus, just to understand, if yield investors don't agree to the QA, they can always sell at a profit at any point in time and still get x% profits right? or during EGM as I understand it, can fill in a form to get refund? why vote no and fail the QA? That does not make any sense to me..
