1. Amount owing to shareholder not resolved - (what happened to the said PE funding?)

2. No permanent and competent CEO to drive the business

3. Central Processing Facility has not been completed and delayed to next year (hence limited output)

4. As-is the oil wells are producing lower output, which I suspect due to lower well pressure???

not bad considering the price in 1st quarter was $20 ish per barrel... production was lower... if they ramp up at higher prices, Q2 rev looks promising??? hmmm no wonder lah price closed higher!!
