i wonder how the management and the board can eat and sleep with this kind of poor performance and ultimately share price? the previous ceo shahul hamid even mentioned 'back in the black' way back 2018.. now we are in Feb 2021 already.. share price still stuck.. SC should do something to protect shareholders

A fews things in my mind:

1. Fine was only RM27k (so small in a bigger scheme of things)
2. 2 months suspension of ops (the punishment does not seem to fit the crime, so to speak, see point 1)
3. the whatever gas release sounded as if there was negligence/sabo on the part of employees/local mgmt??? (wonder how their risk mgmt deals with this)
4. Share price increased despite this news? Something smells weird..

1. Amount owing to shareholder not resolved - (what happened to the said PE funding?)

2. No permanent and competent CEO to drive the business

3. Central Processing Facility has not been completed and delayed to next year (hence limited output)

4. As-is the oil wells are producing lower output, which I suspect due to lower well pressure???

Anyone can share or correct my analyses?
