HAHA this dividend predicting shows that most of u write on mere guessing n not on true fact heard from someone in the high level. Anyway the price is consider as quite low now . i think IS good to enter at this price. The issue of Empire city land let me doubt the integrity of the management. Hence i am not going to keep this share for long term already unless some good news coming up.
