one beginner question: today is ex-date, share price adjusted to 2.24 today. Can I sell my shares now (existing 1000 shares + bonus 250 shares = 1250 shares ) if say I wanna sell now?

I have a stupid question to ask...i often see 5099 Best Buy price list (Just before afternoon session start at 2:30pm) some prices are HIGHER than current market price...is it a mobile app bug or there is an explanation of such behavior?
