Please do your homework and read about this company..built since 1963 and their business is solid and growing since they expanded to Sarawak market. Next year will expand to Brunei so good for long term holding as they're still expanding their business.

all the unit fund managers will definitely buy this counter that's why it's got 100million above in transactions. It's a stable company and Suncon has it's reputable to construct entertainment parks like Sunway Lagoon, Legoland, Genting new park...

Nope but i have been eyeing at this counter since it launched thought i missed the boat so happy now on sales so close to ipo price. ROE about 16.9 %. Maybe they launch wrong timing when during hari raya, majority cashing out to celebrate and go on vacation. Even Sasbadi badly effected too.

Hi Kitty if u see this message on time, another good buy is HHGroup now panic selling two days ago and now rebounding up. IPO price was .45 went up as high as .60+ now .49. 50% export their goods to China which is a big achievement as it's hard to penetrate a competitive market.

Largest manufacturer and about 50% export to China which is hard to penetrate in, so meaning they are really good in their business marketing. Thumbs up. Rebounding up again.

Roe 29% meaning they manage their finance very well. So unlikely to drop to 1.20 will only continue to go up as their business continue to grow :)

The only thing that will be holding the pricing of this company up in the future is KWSP. A lot of investors have moved out since the great founder behind this company left. Can the new owners manage the staffs and finance as well???

Rebounding :) can't wait for the next dividend again. I'm not worried of their margin cause they have a great R&D team that comes out with new line of gloves to be ahead of competition and maintain their margin :) Which other glove company have a ROE above 20% like Harta? This shows the superiority of Hartalega...hahaha!!!

They are still accumulating because they know it will go more than rm1. I'm holding this at least 2 years to grow with the company and their projects. They farm out to subcontractors that's why their profit is lower. Also it safe guards the company if ecomony down they don't have so many staffs and machinery idling. They manage their finance well if not hard to get ROE 30%. So both pintaras (roe about 19%) and econ pile is just as good and have different management styles.

That 3 cents payout is more like the profit from the .60 cents buyover..but hope this 1st interim they got good news to give out some more :p

For property i only invested in Sunsuria and piling company Econbhd - long term approach. Econbhd has impressive ROE 30% look forward growing with it.

Hi Kitty, yup i also sold pharma to switch to this counter. Waiting for more news before they issue out the rights issue..most likely they'll only inject the projects in one at a time instead of all three together..so need time for SC approval.

Patience....they are controlling the price well cannot letting it go up so fast and high if not kena UMA. Today's high will be this month's low so just be patience. Suddenly less sellers...so someone is trying to push down the price to buy in low...just hold on tightly until mother hits rm4.
