It's a good thing the 10bn project is not pump into the business yet. If so then the rights issue will be a lot more higher to buy in. So look at the bright side of things. If they pump in the project after the rights issue then we shareholders would have extra lots already...hehehe..good luck everyone! Don't worry HanSolo your price is still ok. I'm holding this until rm3 :) shouldn't be difficult to achieve within 2 years period as they have a lot of ongoing projects and still not reflected in their financial report. What we see now is only Maica's financial report, haven't include the development side yet since they switched name to Sunsuria. So hang on tightly...and good luck to you.

Rebounding up from 1.26...topped up some more... their ave. pricing after they buy over was 1.40+ so anything below 1.40 is a good deal now. Glad i waited for correction like this to enter. Question is it good to buy now? Look at the chart and u can see it has been dropping for the last 6 months. And the recent new Teana launch has not helped in rebounding the price up. Why? Are buyers of Almera facing quality issues like me now after a year of using it. After one year of usage there are so many quality issues one after another from gearbox to wheel bearing and now aircond system. These are parts that should survive the 3 year warranty. Not only it is inconvenient for me to visit the workshop frequently but to get shoddy services and excuses like ""the gearbox is like that"" from the factory engineer that makes you feel cheated by the 3 years warranty. I have been watching this stock for over a year hoping to buy in on the long term, but with this kind of after sales services, gives me no confidence to invest in the long run.

U'll need to hold for a year to see what new products they're going to introduce. Income will also come from storage fees as Singapore's cordlife needs more space.

The only reason i can think of this Ammb writing a low TP for Harta is that they themselves want to enter in this counter at a low price so creating a panic. Tsk! Tsk! Really bad motives...

Hi Tony no news so far waiting next month to see the outcome..have to hold longer cause the analyst that said oversupply really reacted a panic and affected all counters. So i'm just keeping cool about it as gloves are always in demand. Better to have more so that when got crisis at least enough to supply.

Hi Danchong, pharma went up yesterday .32 cents..they have very few shares floating in the market. Dividend not bad and last two years given out bonuses. They supply to govt hospitals and strengthening their export markets.

Don't worry next month will be moving up.

Hi Chipsters, becareful of holding too many stocks, better to consolidate to those more stable ones. Because if there is any sudden market crash the first ones to go are those that have very low ROE... cause they don't have the funds to grow and sustain their companies during the difficult time. That's why a lot of companies in 1997 & 1998 market crash got busted.

HI Firebird, i only invest in companies that have high ROE like PBB-01, Nestle, Harta, Presbhd, Dsonic (i sold off before it went below my cost) and switch to Wellcal, potential companies that is growing in ROE like Stemlife and NTPM. I also invest in Pharm which ROE is not fantastic but i like to keep a pharmaceutical company based on future demands on consumers also because they don't have a lot of units floating in the market making it more stable. Keep your Portfolio to 10 only then it's easier to manage and monitor. Short term profits i made, i used it to grow my Portfolio above.

Every year Last week of May they will announce their dividend so looking forward to some more dividend income ;D
