Last time Metronic price was affected and stagnant at 4 or 5 sen by legal matters initiated by LKY who at that time a substantial shareholder and may be his gangs..
He has disposed most of his shareholding and his court case seems to be less effective or he may withdraw the case. Pang seems to be the only major shareholder who may have acquired near to 50% and may automatically trigger mandatory offer to buy the rest of the shares... How would that effect the share price?

The followings are records of AT's PP price-fixing and its listing dates.

28/09/2020 - Announced 1st tranche of 200 million new shares, fixed at 0.0716. Listed on 01/10/200

06/10/2020 - Announced 2nd tranche of 230 million new shares, fixed at 0.068.
Listed 200 million of the new shares on 09/10/2030 and 30 million on 15/10/2020

16/10/2020 (today) - Announced 3rd tranche of 249.97 million new shares, fixed at 0.063.
Listing date pending ?

Total new shares issued = 679.97 millions.
Balance new shares to issued = 115.954 millions

Not necessary price will drop on the listing of PP shares. PP Investors surely would like to make quick and good profit from their investment. So possibly they would like to see their investment jump 100% and beyond. So, it won't be surprising and not impossible for AT price to top up to 12 or 13 sen on Monday or next week. That's about 100% profit for the PP price of 6.3 sen. I hv observed counters which shares price shot up when the PP shares were listed...

bulldog, agree with you, how to stop these syndicates, they deal as long the BDKL rules permit them to do so., they got the money and means so who can stop them....so what sin chew jit poh made noise about this what have changed, they still trade from one penny stock to another and may be now back to this counter..

Same scenario, MahSing has announced to deal in glove and healthcare biz yesterday, the counter is chased up now... Will it be like AT, dropping back to 7 sen after been raced up to about 19 sen. Some other counters too. However Metronic has announced to deal in healthcare biz, its price was not chased up like these counters..

Today is the worst drop for this counter since it started a long build up gain from the day of lockdown in mid March this year. Can feel the sorrow of those who bought at 10 sen and above but couldn't escape or cut lost. However today's drop for this counter may be compounded by the overall weak sentiment of the market where the index dropped more than 9 points. I too stucked with the son at 3.5 sen. With the impending projects announced by the company, hope it's genuine, I think the price can be built up faster than the days of last lockdown

Looking at the trend this counter has moved up, don't think will make a big gap up at the end of the day's trading. It may continue to move up slowly by.0.005 sen or 0.01....

Glove or not glove, medical glove or not medical glove, not the issue, as long the company is doing good biz, then its value sure be up.. If not then all the other counters beside those glove counters would have close shop...

What to say about MMAG and its W and PA at this morning price. Don't think MMAG is a penny stock as it current price at about 1.60 to 1.90.
So news about syndicates cornering penny stocks to 'cheat' is unfounded. As long these syndicates can make money anywhere they go.
Only those who have the intention or personal motives to put fear in the market..

I remember AT price was once at 0.01 or 0.02 just last or two years ago, before interest on penny stocks gained momentum. I was thinking to buy in the stock at that price but aborted it fearing it would be suspended. Instead I bought other penny stocks more or less at similar price. Move forward, as the interest on penny stocks raised during the lockdown period (perhaps nothing else to do during the lockdown so 'gataling' or dealing in stock market), AT raised in tandem with other penny stocks, but alas my penny stocks not moving as fast as others include AT. Though I still made some decent profit from the other penny stocks that I have been holding for quite sometimes but I would have made much more if I have bought AT at that time.
It's the matter of time the price of penny stocks would raise up if one has the patient to hold it, provided the stocks not subjected to suspension or go bankrupt.. Surely, those who tend to play contra to lose out and got burn...!

syndicates trading in our stock market have been existed since long time ago, not only now whether on penny stocks or blue chip stocks. As long money flows this kind of trading can't be stopped, even BSKL sees it within the rules of trading...

AT keep making drama. Why dont they just sign the Pearl Glove acquisition SSA. Why wait until the expiry date.
25th is the last date for AT to announce the Pearl Glove acquisition SSA.
If they genuine then make announcement earlier to bursa that the Pearl Glove acquisition SSA completed.
We want more action than too much drama.
Once Pearl Glove acquisition complete then i will leave this forum.
If they still want to hanky panky trying to mislead people to buy share so that AT director can eat 0.05 everyday then i will be here for a very long time.

Ppl are more aware now that at every winter season flu cause by various viruses will appear greatly, even new kind of flu by unknown virus, or other sickness by bacteria, therefore the demand of glove and face masks will still be there. It is becoming a new norm to wear face mask for more ppl.

FutureGains, then which mode the banker will use in the conversion, 1 PA + 20 sen for 1 mother share OR 5 PA for 1 mother share? Is that the reason the price of PA was pressed by the banker from moving up in tandem to the mother share?

The possibility, by the time the converted mother shares were granted listing in the market, the PA might have shot up to 15 sen or on par with the warrants. By then to trade in PA may more profitable than the mother shares

If taking the convertion mode of 1 Permaju-PA with payment of 20 for one mother share then the PA price should be closed at about 15 to 15.5 sen yesterday as the mother share was closed at 35.5 sen.
But if taking the convertion rate at 5 PAs to one mother share then the PA closed at the 'correct' price at 7 sen

If I am sure with my prediction or future destiny of a stock based on manipulation of previous data collected then why should share it with others and ask for fees for the informations. Rather I make the money from the trade...

If really AT going to collapse, it would have happened very much early, not have to wait till now with all positive news about plans the company is going to carry out.
When the company's share was at 1 or 2 sen, I did not bother to look at it till it was raced up to 6 or 7 sen. If I had picked up the share at 1 or 2 sen I would have made a lot money when I can sell it at present price, instead I went into MNC-PA, Compugate, Mthronic-Wa etc which till today not really moved, though I still made some money but very little compared if I have deal in AT..
I have missed quite a number of penny stocks for hesitated to enter when their price or their Warrants or PA price were at 1, 2 or 3 sen, like XOX, Inix, MQTech, VC, Tawin, Solution, even Careplus, HLT etc.
I have faith AT or its WC won't fail me this time around and I am ready to take the risk to wait to make some good money from it... may God graces...
