问：读者刘先生问，请问YGL聚汇（YGL,0086,创业板科技组）（1）从事什么业务？（2）这间公司的基本面如何？（3）前景如何？（4）为什么股价一直停留在低价位？（5）公司近来有什么企业新进展？

答：（1）YGL聚汇主要涉及提供管理服务、投资控股、太阳能和销售电脑软硬件。旗下业务包括咨询、营运、培训、外包、方案等。服务行业包括人力、国际采购、酒店、库存、产业管理、保健、批发和销售、应用和保安。

（2）纵观YGL聚汇的基本面数据，以过去4季而言，总营收1548万令吉，总净亏127万令吉，每股净亏0.41仙；其实过去12季，该公司只有两季获利，其他季度都是净亏损；该公司每股净有型资产为5仙，商誉275万令吉，持有现金341万令吉，债务101万令吉，总债务491万令吉，总资产1311万令吉，过去4季都没有派息。

根据该公司最新公布截至2022年6月30日止首季，净亏损扩大至98万令吉，前期净亏2万4000令吉，税前亏损98万令吉，前期税前盈利4万4000令吉。按季而言，该公司是盈转亏，上季净利36万令吉。

该公司首季收从前期的168万令吉增加至331万令吉，按季则下跌122%，上季营收为735万令吉。

该公司表示，业绩下跌主要是疫情导致软件部门一些销售合约被延期。而太阳能部门营收虽走高，但赚幅受高成本所侵蚀。

因此，从数据显示，YGL聚汇的基本面并不算好，长期无法扭转亏损局面是巨伤。

（3）该公司的前景方面，由于业绩惨淡，目前还没有看到什么亮点。不过，该公司管理层对前景谨慎乐观，认为后疫情时代的数字化和网络商业的盛行，将有助该公司的方案提供者的业务。

至于俄乌战争已经让全球进一步意识至依赖石化燃料的风险，转向再生能源的使用，这影响了太阳能成品和原料的价格。

该公司管理层预料成本价格将会趋稳定，但马币疲软是很大的逆风。

该公司也预料大马政府扶助再生能源的净电能计量（Net Energy Metering）计划，将有助该公司的太阳能装置业务。

（4）该公司股价在多年前曾风光过，但过后大跌沦为仙股后，迄今都沉疴难起，目前在接近52周低位的每股12仙左右。该股52周高点是20.5仙，低点是11.5仙。股价不振主因是业绩难看。该公司的优点只有正现金状况，也不多，低负债，但缺点包括亏损、没有派息，净有型资产只有5仙，股票流通也不高。

（5）该公司近年并没有什么企业新进展宣布，除了私下配售计划，就只有去年5月宣布持股60%的AI太阳能，获得Takenaka（大马）颁发价值360万令吉合约。
