Therefore, One can expect a good payout for dividend in due course. Heavily undervalue at the current price of 82 cents.

Despite the CMO, July's production outputs were great. July's average CPO price was also great. Good start for the 3rd Quarters. Looking forward to the releasing of the 2nd Quarters ( April- June) result.

Average CPO prices for Q2 were much higher than Q1 (stated above). The production figures for Q2 were much higher than Q1. So one can expect a strong financial results in Q2. Will the share price move up?

Solid production numbers for April and May, the production numbers should be good for June. If all goes well, EPS for 2nd quarters will easily exceed 5 cents. There are not many stocks in Bursa that can show a net profit margin of 10% ( based on 2021 Q1 results). If I run a business with this type of profit margin, I will be very happy. The undervalue stock price is due to the bad market sentiment caused by the pandemic. Pandemic will be brought under control eventually, hopefully by mid/end June. This stock will fly, it is just a matter of time. Be patient.

Forget the negative news of ESG. CPO price will remain firm for the full year of 2021. When market sentiment improves, price uptrend will come and sustain. Pandemic will not last forever, hopefully situation in Malaysia will be under control by mid/end June. Be patient.

MHC owns 38.5% of Cepat shares, this alone is worth more than 90 Mio based on the current stock price. The current market capitalisation of MHC is about 160 Mio. MHC as a stand alone entity ( without Cepat) only worths about 70 Mio. This counter is certainly very undervalue. Price uptrend of this stock has a long way to go.....

Good news. Just declared a special dividend of 2 cents, resulting in a total of 4 cents dividend for the financial year 2020. This works out to 5.4% dividend yield based on the current price. More than double the FD interest rate of the bank.
