Yes, but hospital and clinic are dealing with different type of customers.
Basically, my point is to tell you that even if there is surge increase of clinic around the world. The hospital's business and customer are different and not impacted from the increase of clinic.

Similar to glove industry, yes, we are having many new glove companies wanting to enjoy the shortage of glove due to the pandemic. But, how many of these new companies will last? If I am having a hospital. I would demand a very consistent flow of gloves from a strong reputation company. We also need to put the selling price/cost factor into the consideration.
I highly doubt that new glove companies will be any impact the business of Topglove.
My opinion.

Yes, sustaining the income after the pandemic will be the question and a different topic.
But new glove companies and more gloves are the least of concern and impact towards topglove's income.

Looking at your comment on regarding the low barrier of entry for accounting...
It's like saying that hospital/medical industry having low barrier of entry because it doesn't cost much build a clinic. Will hospital run out of business because of more clinic around the world? I doubt so.
