Different is MUI is heavy indebted . Parkson net cash 40 sen.

what u said remind me of a story in which a joker fund manager told me to buy mui @ 50c abt 10 yrs ago.
i only bought 100 shares for rm50 and now is worth only rm18.
i bought 100000 shares iris for rm12500 in 2007 and sold off @ rm60k in 2012.
so who is the smarter investor????
