A slave to oil price movement. Poor thing. Isn't oil price collapsed already? This is the result from the open war between the saudi, russian and usa. Oil price war is what they started recently and don't expect it will ease or recover anytime soon for many quarters or even years to come. Their intention is to kill off the other oil producing countries.
Petronas has cut back on capex. This is signalling less contracts for O&G companies be it upstream or downstream. The truth is that the outlook for O&G is gloomy indeed.
