In Y15Q4, USD/MYR was at avg of 4.23. But AAX can still record a forex gain of 57 mil.
It remain a big mystery how it is actually calculated. But if Y15 AAX can record forex gain with such high USD/MYR, why cant it do the same for Y16 with almost similar amount of borrowing??? Maybe got something to do with the cash flow hedging in Y15 and Y16. But probably people are over concern on the forex.
