Start from 2Q 2019, we noticed that vessel utilisation rate improved moderately , same thing go for 3 Q 2019. For coming 4Q 2019, the same improvement is expected. Not forgotten too for tremendous improvement in Kraken uptime.

I’m expecting a reversal of impairment loss due to improved utilisation, charter rate, Kraken up timeline in coming Q release. In your opinion is that any possibility?

For loss of Claire court case, under MFRS 9, ECL, we may expect impairment provision on next year. But if the appeal is proceeding, the provision of impairment may not be happen. How you think on this issue? The other possible turn out would be the appeal proceeding is not happening, BA managed to find a Charter or buyer, the charter rate, and utilisation rate and the selling price will determine the impairment amount right? I believe all this can only happen in 2020 or beyond.

A rough estimation, with IDSS volume of about 24 million, and average price difference of 1.5 cent( difference between sell and buy back price ) , the pocketed earning for overall IDSS seller is about 360k.

Not a significant figure. They may come back tomorrow with the same tactic: push high sell high, push low buyback low. Or could be push low then push high before push low again to kill all the small IDSS player.

BA can’t stay forever undervalue. We need to time ourselves to join the boat before too late. Current price is good buy, could be drop further, it is anybody guess.
