GoodBoy Sumatec owns 49% of Semado ... The 2 vessels are Semua Mutiara n Semua Muhibbah ... These two vessels are oil tanker with measurement of 130m x 18m, 11134DWT, year built 2009, worth at least RM50mil to RM60mil each ... So, Sumatec's liability is about half of the amount of ( 165mil - 50mil - 50mil ) ---> Less than or between RM22.5mil to RM32.5mil .... my findings n estimation only ... cheers ....

If you look at Page 2 and 4 of the recent qtr results for the statement of financial position (or balance sheet) and cash flow statement respectively, there is no indication that this USD 125m or RM 485m equivalent had been drawn down, by looking at the liabilities and the cash flow from financing activities, as at 30 Jun16.

The above leads me to infer that the project financing facility remain untouched, so unlikely to have any repayment obligations since there is no utilisation as at end Jun16.

Bro, have a look at the cash flow statement in the recent qtr announcement. I don't think they had drawn down on the RM 485m equivalent loan facility.

Still rationalising how this loan facility come about while the contingent liabilities had well been disclosed in their notes to accounts even before the loan facility surface back in Apr-May16? There has to be some credit worthiness factor somewhere, commercially speaking.
