If I'm not mistaken Ifca is qualified to transfer main board if the 2014 annual report net profit >19m. Possible 3rd quarter can transfer to main board.

@cashflow: personally the Semua deal doesn't not make sense to me from a shareholder standpoint. I had shared some points earlier suggesting that the buying price of 168m doesn't make sense to me, considering several change of hand and the price tag is way above the transfer price from Sumatec to the Singapore buyers years back.

Think about this: Why would the Singapore owners want to sell off the shipping business if it is profitable, and notably with no cash required from Asiabio? Maybe the Asiabio Management see things that we don't...value spotting perhaps.

cashflow: To-date, I do not think that there is a connection between Sumatec and Asiabio. The earlier announcement relates to the proposed acquisition of Semua Shipping and Semado Maritime which were formerly under Sumatec but had since been sold off by Sumatec back in 2013 as part of their PN17 regularisation plan.

With the spike and now the significant weakening of share price, what you reckon it is? :)

Asiabio itself is an incubation fund.
