马银行（MAYBANK，1155，主要板金服）和联昌集团（CIMB，1023，主要板金服）是贡献政联投资公司最多股息的两大公司。

其中，公积金局将获得59亿5000万令吉的股息，国投将有66亿令吉股息进账。

MYR0.40 FV based on a 60% discount to RNAV. After undergoing a major operational restructuring, Avaland’s earnings and profit margin have improved substantially since two quarters ago. The company is now led by a group of experienced management team and board members who understand the Malaysia property market well. The right products and strategies should drive strong earnings momentum ahead.

Maintain BUY, TP rises to MYR1.05 from MYR0.93, 31% upside with c.3% FY24F yield. Sime Darby Property’s 4Q23 earnings beat expectations. Its full-year property sales of MYR3.3bn exceeded management’s original target again. Riding on the strong momentum, management has set a sales target of MYR3bn for FY24, while current bookings have already reached MYR1.9bn. We raise our TP for this stock, in view of the encouraging sentiment on the property market.
