The analyst should revisit their calls and re-do their numbers to reflect the removal of the RM3.5 billion revenue from SD's book and come up with the 18 months results which then feeds into their revised valuation.

Time adjusted (to 12 months) looks more like SD is hitting 50% of 2019 revenues but with less profits.

iHunter You guys are lucky because there are local bumi equity want us to support this counter. They are lack of bumi percentage equity numbers to be shown in next election. Otherwise, you guys already burned last friday.

We will see if we can bring-up the price more than 50 cents tomorrow. If that happen, then we can start focus to bring-up to 75 cents by end of this week.

Hopefully we can bring to RM1 before end of this month.

We probably enter during closing to provide you guys opportunity to buy before we do. We don't normally do this charity. But this pandemic has caused extraordinary situation which requires extraordinary measures.

MALAYSIA has been a net seller market since 2018. On top of that, even our local institutions have been a net seller.

Looking at history elsewhere in the world, this is not good news. Always end up a crash. It is what you call a supplier to supplier market, just like in the Pu Er tea market.

We are all fundamentalists, realist, that come with tonnes of real world experience.

a) Why did SD do a PC, why SD appoint a police officer and a Bursa officer and engage Shafee is a forgone conclusion;

b) Why did SD sues KPMG for audit process, rather than dispute the RM3.5 billion; and

c) Why SD never dispute nor deny the RM3.5 billion issue.

ALL IS TO DISTRACT EVERYONE FROM THE NUMBERS which @i3lurker,Huangbk72 highlighted.

As mentioned, these "account clerks" will always be "account clerks". It is very obvious, that they cannot rationalise the situation with SD because they don't have the necessary exposure and experience dealing with these kinda situations.

As for them, everything that they type can be classified as "plagiarised" since they have no analyses of their own, nor opinion of their own. Its so easy to verify ,copy and paste their quotes, and it shows up somewhere in google.

But as always, we as fundamentalists are kind, considerate and charitable people. We provide the necessary support, donations and help to these unfortunates, so that they can achieve some success in life. We do not expect any in return.

But they continue to act like a dictator, oppressor and come in packs to eliminate and destroy.

But as always, we care kind and passionate.

Exactly. When EY confirm KPMG's findings, apart from the reclass of revenue and the ensuing P&L and BS Items, there will be:-

Criminal charges bought against SD and its directors
Bursa/SC charges bought against SD and its directors

(which is why the 2 new independent directors' skill will be put to good use)

Plus, the lawyer Shafee, will defend SD in court.

The finalisation of the SIR is the least of SD's worry.

It may end up political too, since Karim is one of UMNO's money manager. And UMNO has clearly stated, under no circumstances, that UMNO will not bail SD out at this point in time.

The appointment of the 2 new independent directors, one a former police chief and one a former Bursa Head.

When you look at 2 individuals, one might wonder why their skill sets are chosen, rather than the obvious route on eg. corporate accounting, corporate auditing and so forth along those lines.

But rather, the choosing the skill of policing and regulatory doesn't mean its an excellent choice. In fact, the reason for these 2 individuals may be to defend SD and its directors from 2 things: -

Criminal charges against the directors
Bursa/SC charges against the directors

SD has so far been on the defensive, i.e. by taking legal action against KPMG.

And by the looks at it, appointing these 2 independent directors looks like a defensive move.
