3) Bursa would have to consider 1 and 2 above and give SD ample time to act and remedy, if any

So, your timings are all wrong and will cause to commit unfair treatment to SD to remedy and directly cause SD to fail in its undertakings.

There was only one occasion in which his response wasn't forthcoming (negative emotion), that is when he explained the need to sue KPMG as justified.

An insider shall not, whether as principal or agent, in respect of any securities relating to unpublished price-sensitive information –

(a) acquire or dispose of, or enter into an agreement for or with a view to acquisition or disposal of such securities; or
(b) procure, directly or indirectly, an acquisition or disposal of, or the entering into an agreement for or with a view to the acquisition or disposal of such securities.

3.3 Prohibited to Communicate

Pursuant to Section 188(3) of the CMSA, the insider is prohibited to directly or indirectly communicate, or cause such price-sensitive information to be communicated, to another person, if the insider knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the other person would or would tend to –

Markable Mostly in this room are holding SD share, including me. I can feel what anger what you all had. Why boss disposed all warrant during this critical time. The reason can be few

1. Warrant exercise price is too high, unless SD revised it, if not RM0.1 and RM 0.05 warrant price make no different. Current point of view is WA nearly toilet paper, if for me, i will do the same thing cash out to help mother share (or keep it in my bank).

2. Follow by No.1, why wanted to push mother share IF SIR favour to SD. Something smell no good for me. Perhaps is ready bullet wait for SIR release and use that to stabil the mother share.

Anyhow, my 70% of my saving investment are in SD. Even I know today will have huge losses but i still keep SD with me. Hopefully next week there is GOOD news to help us all.
