The only SIR to be released is the final SIR. No half cooked, un-agreed with all parties on the final overall conclusion.

In other words, for 2 months till 30th Sept. 2021, nothing to report lah ON ALL piecemeal issues so far.

However, with the briefing being "a preliminary finding which was inconclusive", the directors said EY had not reached any conclusion, hence certainly not for them or anyone else to second guess them.

BUT after 30th Sept. 2021 the subsequent reports, will definitely bring shock to many and vindication to a few. That one has been completed per my list of SD key actions.

This Insas seems like a ponzi berhad to me. Just like the modus operandi of Spring Gallery Berhad.

For years, the share price was used by insiders to fraud investors.

A special independent review and audit is required for Insas.

Results no good on 30th September 2021 will also be no good on 30th November 2021. Postphoning it doesn't solve the matter.

What matters is why the 30th September 2021 update report was used when:-

1) Closed out meeting not done yet at that time
2) Bursa not approve yet at that time

And not the final and approved reports between all parties.

The whole SIR report from EY will be released. What are you talking about? Are you thinking right? I am sure Bursa will have the ori copy and will send the entire SD board to jail when its doctored.

Problem the Company is now forced to unwillingly release information, which they will do, but watch, they may only release the bits that are ok. So folks you will learn what its like to be a mushroom, mushrooms are grown in the dark and feed on cow dung. Petronas hasn't terminated SD from its Preferred Vendor Program.

What is Petronas doing? How can it be associated with such a "fraud" company?

After many moons (more likely years), sslee, leno, i3lurker, Psai3alert has been providing undeniable proof that AA was up to no good.

And what does that mean? Tony doesn't give a rats ass to what they have said and still proceeds to screw the ticket holders.

Tony's rational for restructuring is also his achilles heel. It is one matter to highlight problems when you cannot figure a way to solve them let alone thwart his attempts.

And it took one leasing company to really take matters into their own hands to stop his tyranny.

Bursa is the one who decides to approve the SIR and when SD can announce it.

But if Bursa wants to delay despite SD asking for it since 14th October, and no action from Bursa, then CEO Karim will have no choice but to get things moving.

By selling WA and saying that proceeds will be used for mother shares, immediately led to Bursa issuing the directive.
