@wendy , percentage of the dividen is unsure , they give according to how many cents per share , lets say if u get 35,000 shares , and per share they given 0.0145ctns , meaning is 507.50 for dividen itself only , certain reits pay twice yearly , some quarterly , it depends the company policy .

all company got debt o , i havent seen any debt-free company yet , but only depends how they manage the debt . =P

im planning if here works well , i will buy reits , less risk and get dividen
