What happen today is illogical. Previously, when mother share at 0.29, son at 0.10. Mother surge 26c but son surge only 2c. Many retailers don't understand how warrant works. Next week son will be going up to be a logical price that it should be..

Son will grow up to the reasonable price 0.30 to 0.38 if mother can maintain at 0.50 to 0.55. So son will be going up accordingly.

Sharks collect hugely between 0.500 to 0.555. A good sign. Monday continue the game.

Let me correct the fact. Wegmans' new client is a Forbes 500 company that is “known for its choice and prime beef, organic foods and wine”.

Wegmans, which is principally involved in the manufacture and sales of furniture products, reported a 4Q20 PAT of MYR4.8m (+370% YoY), lifting FY20 PAT to MYR8.8m (+10% YoY). The stronger FY20 results were on the back of higher revenue (+26% YoY) mainly attributable to higher sales volume from North America. No dividend was declared for the quarter.

That said, near-term volatility could be supported by its recent acquisition of a 90%-stake in Wison Screw International S/B which is principally involved in manufacturing and trading of screws, nuts and spare parts used in furniture industries. The acquisition came with a profit guarantee of MYR3m for FY21, not to mention potential synergistic effect.

So far, only one broker covers the stock. The last rating was a Buy with a target price of MYR0.50. Valuation wise, the stock is currently trading at 11.3x consensus FY21 EPS of 3.0sen, which is higher than its 3-year historical average P/E of 10.6x. Balance sheet wise, its net gearing stood at 0.3x as at end-Dec 2020.
