still holding, this company need to hold for long term. Keep in freezer and close one eye, unless something changes fundamentally. Property companies are cyclical, I believe we are at the utmost bottom of the cycle. Low interest rate environment/ cheap borrowing cost would benefit the real estate sector. We need the next few quarter reports to show that eg. Uptick in net profits/ increasing sales volume. Before covid it was trading above RM1, once vaccine is released construction and property should be in play.

managed to top up at 1.28.. go go Hexza, on trend to hit 1.4 & beyond !

hexza business outlook definitely poised to over perform in the short & medium term.. but given their positions in the tech counters (Apple, Nvidia etc), tech stock seems overvalued. There are some pointing to a correction in near August for Nasdaq

true also, maybe just keep in the freezer & ignore the paper losses. Meanwhile, can use the new funds for other potential growth counters that have positive outlook & thrive during this pandemic times.. (not gloves)
eg. GCB, Hexza & maybe tech stocks if there is a correction coming around August...
