More projects means more borrowings? When will the big borrowings stop? So what does clinching a big project mean to investors?

We prefer no dividends than to have dividends and end up with pp that only benefit a number of people / institutions. Most of Serbadk's projects are sub to Kpower and Scib and look at their share price - doubled or quadrupled but Serbadk's has either remained stagnant or gone down except for the short burst before pp was announced (taking the same time frame).

Can Datuk Karim Not subscribe for the PP shares? And have his holdings diluted? Then he knows how the investors feel

Serbadk announces they have clinched new project. Then we have
5 fund companies all shouting high target price at the same time. Announce a few more successful clinches and price will go up. Then private placement and the shares drop back. This is a RSS counter so shares could be sold at a high price by those who were successful for the private placement shares before the pp shares are in their account

mrsia94. Karim did this to make Scib a billion ringgit cap counter. He says he is rewarding the share holders. The number of shares will increase and make this counter more volatile. Pricewise, it is share price divided by 4. Doesnt change the fundamentals of the stock nor the price cos if scib is rm4, after bonus it is rm1 and depending on market on that day, will be either more or less than Rm1

Jenova, ex date is 30th Dec and entitlement date is 31st Dec. So you will see in your account on 31st Dec. The next price after Bonus Isuue most likely is the last price before BI divided by 4. I do not hold any. Sold mine at rm5.86 the other day.

How to be patient with such counter? Released all good news and have all research house giving good tp. Usually you see one or two giving target prices at a certain time but to have 6 all shouting good reviews pushing up the price to rm2.09 before releasing the pp news. As an investor, don't you feel you are taken for a ride? And Karim should not be given any preference to subscribe for the pp shares which will be sold at a discount otherwise he is seen as benefitting himself only

I sold at RM5.07 the day it hit RM5.09. A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush. It might rise higher but I won't wait for that. Took my gains and perhaps re-enter after bonus and warrant. Next day return to SCIB before next quarter results

First release the good news and get all the newspapers to give high target, then release the private placement news and get the newspapers to give also high target less 10%. You see this pp and dilution of shares and spliting and bonus all in the related companies - KPower, SCIB and Serbadk. No faith in Serbadk and keep shares in cold storage till the next QR

I think Karim sell his share to buy Serbadk. Same thing happened the other day when he sold SCIB to buy Serbadk. I didn't read of any fine for delay in their projects but there is a claim for a share sale agreement for RM9.5 million by SCIB but this has been on going since 2018 so would have been factored in
