I think no brainer la cmg qr obviously wont be higher than the last one. But operating profit from Ping will surely be there. Maybe a bit from silterra. I'll be surprised if cmg QR is even higher than 30-40mil. I think below this figure.

If dnex alone handle silterra then i think the concerns on whether silterra can be turnarouned or not is valid. But that's not the case is it? With CGP and foxconn playing a part in silterras turnaround,i dont see any reason to worry about this part. Foxconn desperately needs chips... they're gonna make sure silterra provides them with the chips.

Trevor777, my opinion is coming QR is actually good. Much much better than general expectations i see around here who all saying QR wont be anything great.
Funds have already accumulated no doubt but a great deal will only come in after seeing profits,some funds got those kinda investment rules.
Am not saying DNEX will issue new PP,just that as you said, a lot more PP yet to be set and introduced into market.

This is a great stock because a lot of people doubt the company and all will be surprised when the coming QR and subsequent QRs come.

Either continue go up until results and then sell on news or move sideways till result then go up up up. Remember, with an issued share capital this big(and about to get bigger), we really need strong institutional investors to make up the bulk of the shareholding. How do we get these institutions to buy?
Most of them can only do so after seeing profits in QR, that's why i feel this cmg QR is very very important and the times after that are going to be exciting as hell.

I get what you mean, EPF invest other markets have better yield. But the reason why other markets like US provide better yield is because everyday their index go up and this is because nobody sells in US, everybody buy buy buy. Same thing can happen here. If local institutions didn't sell, tenaga probably RM11.50 already. Index already at 1700pts. Then only EPF can think of disposing to foreign la. Sure make a killing in profits also.

This counter need a lot patience. Initially i try to time the market,go up,can make money but no heart to sell coz of future prospects. Now i tell myself play dnex like play blue chip...if drop i add,if up until rm1.50 baru think of selling loh..no stress,can hold 1-2 years. You think in 1 years time,dnex with annual profit in hundreds of millions from silterra will remain below rm1? Think again haha.
