Once vaccination has started to roll, Mkland and all other property counters tat have been battered will start light at the end of the tunnel...Ptoperty has been so far the most underperformed index in Bursa...things will surely turnaround for most undervalued property companies soon...It is time to chase property stocks...

Good Morning all comrades, after a long holiday Mkland should see renewed strength testing new high on new buying interest as profit taking is completed...0.30 must be achieved as 0.20 is just tooooo low for an asset rich company like Mkland that is sitting on 4800 acres landbank...just compare Malton, E&O, Glomac with Mkland and you wil see that MK is the lowest among them though Mk's total landbank is larger than all of them and its balance sheet is stronger than all of them...So a revaluation must be done to evaluate Mk's true fundamental value in comparison to other Mid and small cap developers...Asset by itself deserved to be evaluated besides earnings...Mkland is an Ultimate Asset Play counter tat is deeply undervalued waiting to be lifted up high soon...All of you must participate and give full support to ramp up this battered stock...

Even Malton and Glomac can't beat MK in terms of total landbank and GDV and yet MK lagging behind while Malton already at 0.53 and Glomac at 0.32...MK is Net cash company while Malton n Glomac full of borrowings...Pls dun be skeptical anymore...MK should deserve to be trading above 0.30...

MK is slowly trading back to its fundamental value and this is not volatile spike...the closest comparison to Mkland is E&O property... Mkland has Share outstanding of 1.2 bil shares while E&O is ard 1.4 bil shares... E&O total land value and GDV is even much lesser than Mkland's total GDV of ard 16 bil... and yet E&O share price is traded at 0.475 n MK still lagging behind...E&O financial performance even not so profitable during tis downturn registered some losses while Mkland maintained to be slightly profitable...SO if E&O can fetch tat much at 0.475, then MK should worth ard 0.45-0.50 if all of us here do a fair comparison...All comrades n faithful supporters here must continue to raise awareness tat tis MK is truly UNDERVALUED! Let's come together and buy before it reaches its full fair value potential...i now declare MK is the most Undervalued n forgotten property stock in Bursa n no others come close...

All eyes on tomolo price action... If can sustain at current level, then this price rally wil continue to be lifted up...there is huge fund ready to be deployed n shifted from Glove counters to Laggards and recovery theme stocks...So i believe Mkland wil continue to rise further...any profit taking wil be short lived and price wil quickly recover and shoot up...to my guesstimate Mkland fair value is worth 0.36-0.40 at current property downturn...

It is not hard to discover that MK is undervalued... 4800 acres landbank+net cash position + good dividend record + steady quartely net profit...at 0.21 it is trading at massive discount to its 200 acres Damansara Perdana landbank...the rest of remaining 4600 acres not even counted yet...its Bukit Merah resort, Langkawi Ombak Villa, Menara Mustapha Kamal and its lakeview college not even counted in yet...Is it that hard to see MK is deeply massively undervalued?????

Why buy overvalued stocks tat is waiting to fall where you can buy MK's landbank at 95% discount...As Shareholder, we are part owner of that land n its future land value n profits...U just need to stay long term with Mkland to enjoy its future land revaluation exercise that wil bring explosive values to Shareholders... Its Damansara Perdana landbank should worth KL price in the long run as that is the largest last parcels of undeveloped land in the Golden triangle of Klang Valley...REITERATE BUY!!!

I m truly impressed Chinese news also have here...U are marvellous TKL...Mkland has remain depressed owing to our fault for selling it at undervalued price...if everybody just hold on and Don sell till it reaches 0.30, the price wil never drop, only UP! Just imagine just it's 55 acres of Setiawangsa land is equivalent to the value of its current mkt capitalisation...the rest of its 4745 land is ALL FREE as mkland doesn't have gearing... It is like u buy 55 acres of land, they give you 4745 acres FREE as compliment, it might sound hard to believe, but tat is the truth...So wat else do you want and how low all of you wanna punish Mkland till this depressed level...therefore I m calling all of you to rethink again wat can tat 4800 acres of land to do the share price in the future...in a property Bullrun, Mkland should worth at least 1.00...since we are still in property downturn, Mkland should worth half of that...the Value in land will never ever drop... Mkland has 4000 acres of undeveloped land in Perak state...how much it is worth now? About 200 acres in Damansara Perdana which MK is the ultimate largest land owner in Damansara ...about 500 acres in Bukit Beruntung, 55 acres in Setiawangsa KL and the remaining in Langkawi Kedah...All tis sum up the hidden intrinsic values of Mustapha Kamal Land...most developers have better earnings but very little land which they need to fork out money thru Right Issue or private placement to acquire landbank tat will surely dilute Sholders value...Mkland has so much of land dun even need to tap on its balance sheet to acquire land for future development...they just need to sell it to unlock values or develop it when the time is right...All these finally generate tremendous value to Shareholders in the future...at 0.195 it is still a goldmine and undervalued gem...Reiterate BUY with a target price of 0.30+++

To all my comrades here, it is interesting to know that Perak Corp rose 85% today in just a single day trading and as you all know Mkland owns 4,000 acres of undeveloped landbank in Perak state...Is something brewing behind perak state tat both Mkland n Prkcorp were trading actively when most other stocks were in Red just now?????...Mkland might be next to be Gorenged like Perak Corp tomolo and Mkland is a fundamental stock while Prkcorp listed as PN17...Whatever it is we should see MK to continue its upward thrust above 0.20 tomolo...Perak theme will dominate trading tomolo and Mkland is the best candidate to ride the uptrend... No particular sector is down forever!!!! We have seen property down cycle for nearly 8 years...What could be next is property share prices recovery as share price wil always move 6 mths ahead of real economy...The vaccination should gradually lift up confidence once again and more developers wil launch new products soon...Mkland has stay put and delayed new launching to cut cost n minimise risks...
