Kktom...he n datuk kasi are the largest shareholder owning up to 65% of the company...Don't you think it is easy for him to push up the price up to his liking...Old is okay the most important thing is got huge fund to push up the price...

Nick the 3000 acres land is located in Lembah Beriah wholly owned by Mkland...Mk also has another 1000 acres land in Bukit Merah...According to Mustapha he plans to sell some of the land to foreign investors as a joint venture collaboration to develop the massive land...So Mkland might limit UP one fine day following tis development...probably another IWCITY in the making...everything can happen in the stock market...Who could 've imagine IWcity could rise fm 0.70 all the way to 2.80 in a short time...Tis is a crazy Stock Market frenzy! In the heyday during its glory day, Mkland was trading at 3.50-4.00...Nowaday it has been beaten down n punished all the the way down to 0.30 though they are still profitable...very unjust n sad ending!

Let's hope tat Mustapha won't sell any of the remaining 230 acres of its Damansara land n keep it tight for another 10 yrs just let the value of land appreciate to the highest level...But u all must be prepared to hold it for a very long term without dividend...

Not even a single share hasn't been disposed till now by me....I will only sell at 2.00 once the value of its Damansara land reach 2000 psf...I believe it might take another 10 yrs to reach tat land value provided Mustapha didn't sell or develop tat 230 acres of Damansara Perdana land....If 2000 psf, the land value could worth at least 10 billion...

Whatever it is we must have confidence on the stocks we are holding...Like Symlife when it plunged to below 0.70 I didnt sell even a single share, and I loaded more and more at cheaper price as I know one fine day Symlife will fly above 2.00 riding on its growth path...All growth stocks last time started as just small cap stock...even KSL last time started fm a humble beginning...Our job as an investor is to be able to identify its future growth story before everybody does...For SHL all of its success story, landbank n future Cashflow in already priced in its high share price...It is no more hidden!

I totally disagree...It is better to buy a cheaper stock which offers a lot of values n upside than a solid stock which is expensive...reason is simple...for a 0.10 Sen share to rise to 0.20 is a very simple thing, but for a 4.00 stock to double to 8.00 takes a very long time and challenges...look at all the bluechips like Maybank, genting, sime they are heavy and slow even though they are very safe bcos all the good news n public consensus already reflected in its share price as they are popular n well known...to achieve superior result, we must be able to identify a small company which is very undervalued tat offers tremendous growth ahead which is also less known among institutional investors...Symlife is such stock I m talking about...

The main catalyst will be any surprise announcement pertaining its much awaited 3000 acres Bandar Technopolis aka Lembah Beriah which according to Mustapha Kamal will attract local n foreign interest to the project...So far we don have idea how is the progress of the collaboration btw
Mkland and other investment parties involved...But it serves as a major catalyst to drive Mkland to greater height cause it is gonna a huge project similar to cyberjaya...at 0.325 it is dirt cheap in relation to its damansara landbank which could worth more than 3 billion alone...Mkland Mkt capitalisation is only below 400 million...Tis is a far cry from its billions worth of assets n landmark...

It seems tat Datuk Kasi is creating volume n ramping mkland up for him to dispose at higher price...he might dispose more shares soon...Tis is good news as kasi's disposal might attract a takeover exercise of Mkland...something is brewing!
