Till now not even a single hair I let go of mkland as I hold on even tighter when it plunged to the critical level...tis will be the last time u all will receive dividend fm Mk... As starting nxt yr its earning will be fully under pressure with profit warning...2017 could be the worst year for Mk as there are no new projects to replenish its depleting low unbilled sales...Even if there is land sale it won't kick in for financial yr 2017...It is still a SELL for me but I will buy more if u sell cheap to me...I predict zero dividend for 2017 as property sector brace for the worst to come...

Mkland I guess has made the biggest mistake by selling part of its Damansara Perdana to Empire Mammoth at cheap n low price few years back...Its net asset value could ve much much worth more if they just hold on tight with its DP land till now....

I guess property market will only recover by late 2018 and even with it recovered, Mkland might not rise to high level compare to other property counters due to its poor sales and unattractive low yield n low cost project in perak...it is better for them to sell land than launching projects tat generates poor take up rate...U must invest long term at period of at least 15 yrs with Mkland in order to see its price doubled cost history has proven tat with tis counter....Its management must all be revamped to see improvement in earnings...

Even Ecoworld n Spsetia currently proposed cash call to withstand the worst than expected property severe slowdown due to their high net gearing...A cash call, private placement n right issue all tis rubbish will never happen in Mkland as it is a net cash company and standing on massive undervalued landbank tat once revalued will make u faint and shocked..

Mkland is never dead...its 230 acres of undeveloped landbank in Damansara Perdana is more than enuf to support its share price in all mkt cycles even if its earnings are slowing down... I totally believe Damansara Perdana land is worth around 450-500 Psf now and tis should inflates its RNAV to at least 2.70-3.00 per share...its current share price is only 0.315 a deeply huge gap tat separates it fm its true net worth up to nearly 9x...And yet jolin Lai Chi Pet still hoping tat it will drop to 0.26 soon...tis is the funniest n craziest joke I ve ever heard fm him...
