Wow Hng33 really remarkable analysis...Symlife has a lot of potential to reach 2.00 when the next property boom cycle comes...I believe they will increase dividend from year to year and Eps could reach at least 20 cts per share every single year...with tat kind of earning it should trade above 1.50 next yr...The next major catalyst will be its 8 billion Sg Long housing project tat should take symlife to explosive growth...I won't sell until it reaches 2.30 in the long run...At 0.82 ohhh it is a daylight robbery, but I donno why even the robber don wanna rob and snatch it at tis cheap...tis is crazy cos they like to rob at night when the price rises up to 1.00...

I have never seen such a brilliant company like Symlife selling at such rock bottom cheap price...It has deep value but go unnoticed due to property slowdown...tis is insane.

With over 700 mil unbilled sales achieved last yr, which will be reflected in the next coming qtr tat could easily register EPS around 20 cts per share and estimate dividend of 6 cts per share...At 0.82 it is daylight robbery against NTA of 2.10...it is rock bottom undervalued...Those who sold last few days are making the biggest mistake in their lifetime...

If u look at the huge sellers selling till dateline of the offer, I guess OLH will manage to take over On pjdev...it seems a lot of investors willing to sell to him...Pjdev might be delisted I guess...

It also mean tat tis year u won't get any dividend even though they declared it due to tis merge n take over exercise...they declare DIVIDEND just to enter the directors n major shareholder pocket...NOT minority pocket...Pls wake up we all got cheated!!!!

u know how we all got cheated? Remember, first the offer price was set at 1.60...then after they paid 4 cts dividend, they minus 4 cts fm the offer price of 1.60 so the adjusted offer price is 1.56...BUT tat is not finalised yet as they could lower down d offer price if they declare another final dividend...Let say if they declare 6 cts final dividend next, then the final offer price will be adjusted lower to 1.50...Tis is how OLH cheat ur dividend...In fact tis is the first time I heard of such cunning practice...Pls tell me if what they do is wrong and cunning...So bcos of tis u all will feel frustrated and sell all ur shares to him cheap finally ...tis is their strategy to force u to surrender all ur shares to him at depressed price...I will never buy any shares related to him ever again....

Very hard to goreng as it has large public share floating around....Management must do share buyback to reduce it so tat there are fewer shares left with the public resulting in less sellers in the market...most of the time sellers are more than buyers tat is why it can't go up...

When u buy property it is location, location, location...In a company,its management is the backbone of its future success...A wise, prudent and intelligent director can even turn a rubbish n loss making company into great success n spectacular performance while unwise, unintelligent directors can even plunge a great company into bankruptcy...Management is the most important factor tat directs a company into either greater height or financial Armageddon...Just look at Mahsing how they 've grown fm a humble beginning to financial height today...It is its management tat contributes to its great success, as simple as tat!

I GUESS I m the best n MOST qualified person to replace Mr Lau hahaaaa! IF I m the CEO inside I would declare at least 6-8cent dividend per annum to reward all u whole bunch of Mk supporters...besides tat I will team up wit fund managers to ramp up Mkland to 1.00...I will also exercise aggressive share buyback and acquire more shares fm the open market...I would also joint venture with empire mammoth to develop damansara perdana into a great city...U see ALL these things tat I mention they 've never done it in the past not even now...Just imagine a big company like Mkland which owns the largest landbank in Damansara perdana only worth 0.39 per share...tat is very shameful and weak! WHAT has gone wrong here? Other predators should ve just swallow n take over it with just small amount of money...

IF I m Mr Lau...I will sell all the land and return back the money to all shareholders and then close and then delist it...I don understand why they are so slow while other developers are launching aggressively...property boom they missed it, now market slowdown only they wanna plan tis plan that some more so much of delay only BIG TALK only without any concrete action...if like tat I also know how to run it maybe much more better than them...

RECOMMENDED SELL with a target price of 0.35 due to longer delay of its upcoming launches while it's unbilled sales declining fast...it could hurt 2016 earnings and dividend as well thanks to the property slowdown and poor sales...

Nick...though it drop to 0.30, it will still reflect 1.00 in my portfolio value...as I m looking at long term horizon...what matters most is the long term real value...every time i managed to buy at below 0.40 I will laugh all the way to the bank as I assume I already make at least 600 for 1000 shares of mkland...the only terms and condition is that I can't claim it right now...I can only claim it in the long run in favourable mkt condition...a pessimistic price only give me opportunity to add to my position...
