there is one thing for sure...Mkland launching of 4 blocks of mid range condo in Damansara Perdana n Damansara Damai will yield higher net profit for MK as properties price will be marked up higher due to GST implementation nxt yr...I believe Mkland will only launch it after the GST tat is after April to benefit from higher launching property price...property sector ecpecially those with prime landbank will be re-rated nxt yr thanks to GST effect...Hence at 0.470 it is dirt cheap and undervalued and i advice u all to pick up tis undervalued dirt before its value is obviously seen with naked eyes...Now when it is still invisible...tat is the best time to accumulate!!!

hey guys today Skpres rose more than 10cts while Geshen rose 7 cts to new high...Does it mean anything to LCTH? Then why is LCTH still lagging behind why can't the management do something to jumpstart its sluggish price...LCTH is the greatest loser yet the most undervalued Plastic precision company among all...it is still trading way below its NTA while the others all are trading above or near its NTA...I believe LCTH is the next winner after geshen and Skpres...the time will come soon...

well Lembaga Tabung Haji disposal of stake in LCTH doesn't mean anything bad for LCTH...i believe they will declare at least 1 cts dividend for financial year 2014 as earnings improved....i am targeting a total net profit of at least 15 million for full yr fin 2014 result...So just be patient...LCTH management is always generous with dividend...

nickyeo55...I ve no idea as its earnings are unpredictable...Though they ve massive landbank but they are not innovative and aggressive to develop its landbank...Always remember that company's earnings and profit is the only dynamo tat can increase a share price...asset and landbank come secondary...So as long as its financial result is lacklustre, i dun see any catalyst for an upgrade and rerating for Mkland in the near term...Tan Sri Mustapha is the only man tat can influence Mkland's share price...

I believe it is worth RNAV at least 1.80...i believe we sud also calculates its investment properties like its Menara Mustapha Kamal, Bukit Merah, Blue Lagoon and Taiping Golf club and also its Belum Orang Asli Forest all these sud be revalued also right apart fm its huge landbank...My calculation is above 1.80 its RNAV...The only setback is tat tis company very lousy in making profit due to poor management...Other property players prosper but not Mkland...

Its future project in Australia worth more than AUD 1 billion...So is it a good idea to keep tis counter and buy more???

2.5 was last interim dividend...I am looking at 5.0 final dividend so total is 7.5 cts dividend....
