I think distribution of the shares at a higher price and furthermore logically if you got the shared at 29 cent via private placement will you sell ? I myself cannot answer unless i know the settlement. Thiss eas a PFF project in other words you have to finance your own project and if the previous Govt terminated the project maybe because it was awarded during Barisan Nasional time maybe not at a reasonable cost so most project given back were at a much lower price. The same issue mayl arise if the Govt settle the matter at a much lower cost it will be a win win situation between the Gov and the company .Now what should be the price of this stock do you know? No one knows it is a 15 years time period. I cannot answer long term yes above Rm1.00 if the company can fulfill their obligation under the terms of the contract.

Anyhow MBSB got a new outlook it should be above 1.00 and EPF should create its value as a majority shareholder

Gentlemen Bemillion you are right i guess you know the terms of the CA .The Govt is in breach of the agreement and the Govt have no merits now must pay compensation .The Govt is disputing the formula now the Court have to decide how much to pay. This case will give example to other CA agreement executed by the Govt very interesting case. If i am the govt I will give back the project reason the Govt is not getting anything and unnecessary paying it may be settled and the terms of settlement be recorded in Court. This stock will definitely go above 0.70 if compensation paid . We have to wait and see. Tomorrow i see uptrend the game is not over profit taking had been absolved so not to worry .The support level is 0.46 and resistance is at O.51.The vol is good.

Gentlemen I hear everybody"s view. Let us be patient I believe if wall street is better or no negative news it will go higher yesterday most was done around 0.50 and then they absolved the profit-taking so it is healthy.
