It is s hearsay reason the Executive Chairman can say he did not mention the above facts so we do not know the truth of the report.Nevertheless the reporter may be right maybe the Executive Chairman if he had given a written statement to the reporter and if it is true the victims are the parties that had bought the shares and maybe you are one of the victim and if no report is lodged the authorities cant take action. I also note that Tabung Haji may be having a substantial stake in KSL and Tabung haji will invest the money very prudently calculating the risk involved. It is Public money.Tabung Haji should question the board of Directors on any issue which is not right.I do not know whether any member of the Tabung Haji is on the board of KSL. i do not know whether the stock had been downgraded if it is true it is not good and chart wise it looks technical rebound.if anyone of you knows of the down grading please share with us and why it should be downgraded, to my opinion it had been restructured so why downgrade and since oil price is up it should be profitable nevertheless this stock must have holding power do not speculate and it is long term investment.
