so if ppl think SONA offer will have difficulty in SMDR EGM...then it is going to be tougher for cepsa at SMDR EGM (if it goes that far)

of course SONA tabled a more attractive deal...competitive too...

if you normalized the deal against that of Cepsa...then its clear SONA deal is on higher side (remember SONA is 40% working interest...cepsa is 100%)

Ophir is buying Salamder from open market....so to the minority shareholder, nothing much for them exception, small gain in market price....

SONA deal is goood in that they are buying the asset...40%....so its a good deal for Salamander as they monetize their asset....shareholders get dividends and extra money for Salamander can use for further explore & developmemt
