Today after closing company news, another director, Richard, disposed 5.0m Inari mother shares on 26 march, and change in company secretary too. Looks very fishy with all these co's related to Dato.

mikekong55; Bro to make it easy for u, our forrummers must know when to come out once they in profit. If they hang on, then it is them taking the risk. Very difficult to give the exact TPs for each buy calls. In this regard bro butter, hepi, changlk03 should help out by giving the resistance and support levels for ur buy calls. Regret selling all my 10k Takaful at RM10.80 read the 40c dividend yesterday. Sure heading to RM 12 and above come Monday. I had 10k AEON Cr in mid 2012 and made a tidy profit of RM 2.00/share, bot at RM 11.10. Later saw it shooting to 18.00 and drop back to 12 and 14.50 now. I am keen and looking at the right price to enter AEON.

mikekong: (i) GREEPACKET: PI's shareholders after the corporate exercise are TM with the largest stake of 57%, Greenpacket (30%) and SK Telecom (13%).TM paid RM 350m for 57% of PI. Gpac was given a raw deal here, either take it and grow under the merged entity or go under winding up with their massive debt. Gpac's share price after this exercise should only be worth 27c i.e. (RM 350m/0.57) x 0.30) divide by 690m shares. It will trend higher in years to come when the merged entity grows, leveraging strongly on TM's brand equity and financial muscle. It will take time.

(ii) Symphony RTO - Worth 15c. Symphony is issuing shares worth RM 1.50/ share after consolidation to Ranhill for the assets injected under the RTO exercise. Once the Ranhill shareholding is firmly in place, they got to further raise money thru rights issue and private placements to settle off the massive > RM 500m worth of Ranhill's liabilities and also additional working capital for the newly injected diverse business activities of Ranhill. Shareholders will hv to wait mid to long term to see the fruits of
this RTO exercise materializing. In the meantime, would be shareholders would have to wait out and see how these 2 recent corporate exercises unfold in 3 -3 months time, a little blurr now, when other good counter r worth investing in.
My analysis is based on pure financials. It s safety guideline, at the end of the day, market decides the direction of these 2 share counters.

Option 1: The one-off capital gain on 1.2k shares of RM 2,890 stops there, assuming u sell before ex at RM 9.00.
Option 2: The one-off capital gain on 8.0k shares of RM 2,490 at est ex-price @RM1.30/share gives u a lower ROI here compared to Option 1.
Option 3: Hold on to ur investment after ex and see ur ROI growing exponentially with the company's strong fundamental growth over the years. U decide then. R u just a punter or an Investor.

meena: D'sonic Ca - u should be hands on in trading, it’s so volatile. Make 1.5c to 2 cents net intraday, must come out fast. The Ca is way 'out of money'. Punters r buying and selling this counter intraday. They know this. Someone will hv to carry the baby when the musical chair play stops!!
At 56c, you are buying the mother share at RM7.08, representing a steep 70.6% premium:
(i) Conversion price -(56c x 6) + RM 3.72) =
RM7.08
(ii) Premium = RM 7.08-RM 4.15 (closing price of mother share today) = RM 2.93 or 70.6%
The higher the CA price, the higher the premium and so its ur ‘money position’. That's why I wrote in the morning I 'gambled' on this counter and made money, knew the high risks well. Apparently I went in again second time, bot 60k @0.595 and came out with my pants intact at 0.615, intraday, hands on all the way. But definitely, not a counter for investment likes the mother share **Note: call warrant can't be converted to mother share. just cash settlement upon maturity. Hope it picks up Monday when mother moves and u dispose it fast. Next time give a shout to all the forrumers here before jumping into these high risk call warrants. Stay invested in fundamental stocks as sifu mike has guided u on HUPSENG, should close around RM 9.00 hopefully by 1 April, before ex on 2nd. I will post AEON financials here soon.
