I went in 2nd round of Inari @1.33 (50 lots). Holding. Never expected it to go down so much. Anyway, its still in the money, and mother looks in an uptrend mode. Secondly, financially strong, no worries. just hold on.

Analysis: (i) A 5.68% increase in the earnings per share (EPS) from 17.62c (CY'12) to 18.62c (CY'13).
(ii) Sales declined by 14.7% for CY'13 to Rm 131.5m. This is a cause for concern here. The earnings are higher because they manage to reduce the cost of sales for CY'13 by 20%. This is mainly due to lower raw material costs
(iii) Industry PE 15-17x. Top Glove's PE 17.2x
(iv) Assumimg an 8.0% growth in earnings for CY'14 & CY 15 respectively; i will prescribe a forward price of 21.7c x 17x = Rm 3.70c based on CY'15 earnings per share (eps)
(v) Currently trading at 5.4x NTA of 62.86c - CY'13
(vi) The presnt trending price of Rm 3.40 is a good entry level if u chose to invest in this stock. Also it is safe, as the price has not chased up the financials.
(vii) The company balance sheet is also strong with its RM46m in cash or RM0.35 net cash/share for CY'13

They are being played up by punters/stockists etc with huge financial muscles, who can exit with half cents,cause their entry cost charges are very small. Closed at 72.5c. No positions now. How is DOW futures, they would hv factored the tapering by now and it will hopefully trend high today. I will try KNM again tomorrow, will get out fast as half day. Very strong upward momentum.
