Patimas and Asiabio are totaly different business model even both have some investment by CPE, but the whole company is not totally controlled by CPE.

Asiabio have good future for signing agreement with Cool Planet to produce Biodiesel, GREAT if you are Asiabio investor.

But how does this comparable to Patimas??? It is totally irrelevant!

No doubt CPE will be serious turaround the company since they have already making 90% lost from Patimas investiment.
But still how this can affect chances of getting unsuspended? I think no, unless the plan they come out is convinsive.

It is then plan that will convince the autoritis to unsuspension. But the plan takes damn long and still yet finalised! Anyway, we will need patiently wait AT MOST another 3 weeks to know the regularisation plan outcome before 28/Feb.

Further to the Company's announcements made on 1 and 2 November 2012 ("First Announcement ") in compliance with Paragraph 4.1 of PN17 and announcement made on 2 January 2014 and the Requisite Announcement made by M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) on 2 December 2013.

The Board of Directors of Patimas wishes to announce that the Company is in the midst of finalising the proposed regularisation plan for submission to the relevant authorities for approval.

Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.

why people want buy 4D when total loss is almost certain? becoz high risk high return tooooo!

Don forget there maybe lot people like me just taking the risk for a extreme high return, and due to the high risk, we invest only 1 cent per share for our fortune, it is becoz the high risk we get this price, fair and square.

Certainly this investment have a better chance than palying 4D, then ask why buy Patimas if you don understand high risk high return?

The buy back share into Treasury can be handled in one of the following manner as per resolution passed in the last Nov/2013 general meeting:

1) Cancel (hence increase remaining share value when distributing profit/dividend, NTA, EPS calculation etc)
2) Distributed as dividend
3) Resale in the market
4) Any combination of above mentioned

Currently total share bought back stand at 0.49% as compare to maximum 10% of total share issued, hence, there is still plenty of room the share price will be supported by the execution of share buy back, so far almost every day there will be some purchase.

Even resale on the market is one of the option can be excuted, unless company need some cash in, it will be held and benefiting with respect to:
1) Continual purchase will push the price up
2) Retaining the purchase will reduce sale pressure

Hence, even the 0.49% may not be great, but relatively compare to the average daily volumn, that makes a lot significant effect on the share price.
