Property firm PRG Holdings Bhd is proposing to list the company’s manufacturing business on the growth enterprise market (GEM) of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong(HKEX).

The company said in a stock exchange filing that the actual details of the proposed listing have yet to be determined but the possibility exists that the manufacturing business will continue to remain as a subsidiary.

“The proposed listing will enable PRG to list its manufacturing business on the HKEX, a globally recognised stock exchange. This will in turn allow the company and its manufacturing business to have separate fund raising platforms in the debt and equity capital markets, which will increase financing flexibility for both groups,” said the company.

According to PRG, it would also facilitate a more efficient company structure by way of promoting a better segregation of business responsibilities and operations for the existing manufacturing, property and construction businesses.

This will enable the management of the company and its manufacturing business to efficiently allocate resources and focus on their respective businesses, thereby enhancing their decision-making process and responsiveness to market changes.

沽清9.13%股权 杨肃安辞PRG执行董事职

（吉隆坡1日讯）拿督斯里杨肃安脱售PRG控股（PRG，7168，主板工业产品股）9.13%股权，随之卸下执行董事的职位。

根据文告，他脱售该公司2544万9000股，相等于9.13%，同时递上辞呈。

他曾是Encorp（ENCORP，6076，主板产业股）总执行长，在去年6月退休后，将股权脱售给联邦土地发展局（FELDA）的投资臂膀联邦土地发展局投资机构（FIC）。

PRG控股旗下有两大业务，即生产与经销用在家具、服饰、汽车、食品及药物的包装上的织带，另外一个业务为房地产与建筑。

（吉隆坡2日讯）随着券商推荐芙蓉机械工程（Seremban Engineering Bhd (SEB) ( Valuation: 0.90, Fundamental: 0.15)）后，该股股价受激励，盘中走升3.33%。

截至上午9时30分，芙蓉机械工程起1.5仙，成交量为14万4400股。

丰隆投资银行研究在今日的研究报告中指出，指标显示芙蓉机械工程走升和出现锤子烛台（hammer candlestick）模式，此为“由下而上”（bottom-up）的初步迹象。

“若芙蓉机械工程突破47仙的决定性水平，该股股价料将攀高到50仙至55仙的区间。该股的风险回报率良好，为24.4%上涨至56仙，对11.1%下探至40仙的止损位。”
