I oso agree wif u tat they have bad earning few years ago, if not u oso cant get @ such price..
but u can see tat their revenue n profit just shoot up recently as they just acquired ping petroleum and some government projects... If this profit is sustainable and growing it will go over RM1 for sure!!
They are just start to transform, I believe MD bought alot of share to be main shareholder that means something, coz he is the insider who managing the company...
