VSolar looks bad

Closing 0.075 is still not too bad. I bought 0.075 during the close.

Price formation is still considered bullish. Their biz. dealing cld be genuine.

Let the price settle down first then I can tell.

Closing at 8sen is good. Closing at 0.085 is a sign of breakout.

I will know when I see one.

Looking at current scenario, it doesnt look like a trap.

If price can breakout or close at 0.085, then they cold be serious to push up the price and their JV could be bearing fruit.

Price action closing at 8sen mid-day is shown to have found its support. However lets observe its closing today. 8sen closing is considered good. Any lower price is bad.

Immediate target 0.875, next 0.935

No agreement has been signed so far, just only the MOU which is not binding. Its much safer to wait for an official agreement being signed before attempting to invest into VSolar.

In my opinion, when an agreement has been sign, then only its consider safer to invest into TRIVE

We refer to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s queries dated 09 June 2016 in relation to the Announcement and is pleased to provide the following information:-



1. Whether the MOU is binding on the Parties.



The MOU is not binding.



2. Whether a Joint Venture Agreement will be signed subsequent to the MOU.



There are on-going discussions between the Parties. When the terms and conditions are firmed, both Parties will enter into a Joint Venture Agreement subsequent to this MOU.



3. The duration of the MOU.



The duration of the MOU has not been fixed and shall remain until both Parties mutually agree to terminate the intention of the MOU.



4. The initial and eventual issued and paid-up capital of the joint venture Company (“JVC”) when it is set up.



The Parties intend to form a JVC in Malaysia with a total investment of RM60 million with equal shareholding structure for the purposes of Research and Development (R&D), assembly, production, distribute and marketing of photovoltaic products such as solar cells, solar panels or solar modules including solar systems in design and storage of solar power (“Solar Business”). As the discussions between the Parties are still on-going, therefore, the initial and eventual issued and paid-up capital of the JVC has not been determined at this juncture.



Both parties would align their R&D and technology, technical know-how, technical workforce, machinery, manpower, marketing arm/strategy, training, etc. Trive would provide the local networks as well as to coordinate the renting of a parcel of land and building of the Company located in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah that suits this joint venture needs.



The above fund will be used to set up production lines in the Company’s factory located at Kulim Hi-Tech, Kedah. At this juncture, both Parties have not decided the size of the photovoltaic manufacturing lines.



5. The source(s) of funding for Trive to subscribe for its share of the JVC’s issued and paid-up capital, and the breakdown thereof.



Trive intends to subscribe for its shares of the JVC’s issued and paid-up capital vide internally generated funds or borrowings. The breakdown of the funding has not been concluded yet.

MALAKOF is about to breakout anytime soon at 1.63. Most probably MMC will follow suit when it happen.

MMC's closing today is considered bullish. It may breakout when price trend higher above 2.16.Lets observe whether its genuine or a fake show.

Ultra thin volume today is considered good. Price rebounded off from 2.11 earlier
and still close above it today. There is a chance for it to trend higher towards the 2.33 level (surpassing 2.24) if KLSE sentiment improves after the MSCI re balancing.

DJIA plunged last Friday. It is important to monitor MMC's closing price tomorrow.
It must stay neutral to up instead of moving south. At worst case scenario, price closing at 2.13 is still ok, not below that.

I have taken 4 rounds of profit from Volvo. Last sold 3 days ago. Friday and tomorrow is expected to be at its weakest point. I intend to collect again. Tuesday will be the telling (result) day and I will take it from there.

If you are looking to buy good quality tiles, its good if you buy it asap as the price is going to increase very soon.I already bought at 28% discount. The sooner you buy the better, if you need it. Not said, but done.

Both method of dumb hold or buy sell can be used in AAX trading. For one, I traded big and book 4 rounds of profit and re-enter big when it retrace. If one were to hold it without making a sale, say for example bought 30sen, price went up to39sen, then backto 35sen. there is no realized profit to show. As for me I already realized real profit and still have just as many shares as before. In fact this is a more secure way to earn with lower risk as what stockmanmy mentioned. So to summarise there is no single method to use for different kinds of stock. It is best we trade to our advantage as in the case of AAX. But this may not be applicable to other stock.

I sold mine in the morning. Prefer to buy other stocks like AAX AirAsia

Want to buy, just buy LIIHEN, feeling conned, then don't buy, no big fuss. Just sell it and buy others. That simple. But then keep in mind what big shareholder can do next time. Just treasure the lesson.
