To be honest , the challenge is to overcome seller volume between 0.50 - 0.51 . Once selling volume diminish at that price , upward will resume.

If world goes into recession because of drop in Oil price, more company and businesses will prefer Low cost flight for business flight. So , a recession is a boon for AAX.

After, some attempt by speculators to push up oil price in the last few days, the oil price trend down again. Speculative work cant ignore facts that big shale oil production and increasing oil production in USA balances any reduction of oil production from OPEC, towards USD 45 per barrel.

The best strategy, to lower cost, is to gasak IB at 0.50 and 0.505 until they finish bullet. When the time comes and near expiry date, hentam saja, so that IB also have to hentam.

IB , the current seller would be forced to be buyer if they are defeated at that range. they simply have to do that to cover their position.

If IB is defeated at 0.505 and 0.52 range, we will see price upwards because IB needs to cover its position.

Slowly, killing the IB at 0.505 . Slowly but surely. Later, will be 0.515 . Next big blocks - 0.52.

Avangelice : Not the owner, I think IB. There is a call warrant expiring 31st May 2017 at exercise price 0.50. It is "in the money" and for every 1 sen increase, they have to pay 1 sen to investor. The pressure for AAX to move up is there. AirAsia is already 3.48 . Investment wise, it is better to invest in AAX for capital appreciation because of small capital required and increase on small capital gives higher percentage of return.

Growth potential is there because long haul is not that long . AAX operates under 5th freedom of flight. Shortest long-haul flight is just 4 hours journey. And for more than 10 hours journey, the journey is broken to two to three parts. KL -Gold Coast / Gold Coast- Auckland. or KL-Osaka / Osaka-Hawaii.

Kay : AAX gives an option from low cost flight to full service flight. If customer wants full service, they will just add up the options. After all options added up, the full service equavalent of AAX is 20% cheaper than other full-service flight. But , the plane is still full because its extend offerings to passenger who does not need full service option.

Slow and steady give more time to accumulate and some breathing space for other long-term player to join in and share the profit. Target - 6 - 12 months. This is a good stock as long as the fundamental does not change. Current, it has 30 non-efficient plane but make RM 200 million profit a year. Future, AAX will have 60 efficient plane. Future profit - 5 10 years time would cross RM 1 billion.

IWCity is a lose making company , so join me at AAX and AAX-Wa, high growth stock, RM 200 million profitable turn-around company last year, and expected to double profit to around RM 400 million this year because of renew good sentiment of lower oil price and better Malaysian ringgit. Need to hold for 6 - 12 months , to get around 50% return in a year. Better than fixed deposit.

AAX is a high growth company and yet is not yet accorded high P/E ratio. Because , it is still undervalued and not many people discovered it, as Malaysia stock market is not yet efficient, then this stock is opportunity for long term player. As long as have capital to ride through the daily fluctuation of price, investors would be safe with this stock.

There is a caveat though, you need to carefully investigate the profit and loss of the company carefully to understand if similar low P/E is repeatable from the examination of earnings , and be able to predict whether macroeconomic and microeconomic situation would increase the E.P.S of the company in the next few quarters.

This counter give me goose bumps even though I dont own it. I am fortunate that I stick to my principle to purchase only shares of company with positive P/E ratio with a value less than 14. If I dont have that principal, I would be mourning my loss after someone promoted me this stock.

For AAX , if people push the price to 0.70 still ok . Need next quarters result to push beyond 0.70. My calculation - EPS should improve significantly this year. Hopefully good fundamental does not change.

Today market get spooked by IWCity. Many people got burnt definitely. IWCity with negative P/E ratio and why in the world people pushed it several times limit up a month ago. Now, when TRX collapses, future earning (EPS) jeopardised people push them limit down yesterday and bounced from limit down today.

When IWCity goes limit up from 1.30 , i checked their P/E ratio and did not buy, now it goes almost limit down today and yesterday , I wont buy. Mati katak woo.... main ini counter.

Upward movement at Poly even though I have not finished my study about that counter. LOL. Poly made a very good earning last quarters. Yes , it did. Upon checking , the extra-ordinary earning is due to reversal of impairment loss. It is a one-off earning. If you any of you guys have bought yesterday, please get an exit strategy. That counter is not for long term. It has shot up by 7% today.

I just checked the Call-Warrant expiring 31st of May are not RHB Call-Warrant. Therefore, RHB issue of TP =0.50 is a normal TP issue with no intention to make the price stagnant at 0.50.
