Sumatec will remain in PN17 for next 2Q. Must show 2 continuous Q profit to exit PN17. That's the reason some guys says that by april/may 2014 the price will reach RM1 plus.

Funds cant invest in PN17. Hopefully by the time the funds able to buy, Sumatec will continue to show improvement in the upstream O&G biz....

well said noraini....what sumatec going thru is the exact same exercise BHIC did last time....i benefited all the way....40c mother shares.....right issue at rm1.80....plenty of money to subscribe the rights....the share just flew after the rights listed....their story was naval ships....and i believe oil is a better story and cheap extraction...on shore can make even sweater ....

imagine the old warr is 35c (exercise price) + current price 30c= 75c cost......while after ex the mother is say around 26c or 27c......pleanty of room for old warr to dive

old warrant exercise price wont change. under this exercise, old warr holder lose a lot if unable to convert to mother share. as the old warr was tracking the mother share, but once the window to convert not there anymore...i.e. by the time you get the mother shares..it will be ex price...rugi banyak.
