Revised tp as today by Kenanga is 62 cent. It also states that with TEB's contribution to its earnings in 2014, the tp will be 88 cents. Censof holds major stake in TEB and now as time to come. Contribution to Censof is confirmed only GST is implemented hopefully by another few more days to go for the Budget. IF ALL IS WELL and TEB to be awarded with software applications for GST, dont be surprise that the revised tp by kenanga will be 88cent after the budget announcement.The only doubt is not about GST but to whom the software award will be will be given.

Hi Siva, market is made of also day traders and small cap players.Getting a small margin of profit will satisfy their appetite.Generally they and me would prefer a stock of lower premium or price. Mother share would be costly and thetefore they would prefer to accumulate more shares at lower price i.e the warrant.Therefore more buyers, cheap to pick more and the price shoots faster than the mother share.In another context it is also said that when warrant moves along the mother share, it is healthy and indicates that a posible deal is imminent.Take the case off tgoffwa, it never moves when mother share moves.Some say that it may be an unheathy game or for the purpose of dumping by someone.Talking about convertion of wa to mother share is towards the expiry. So dont bother of the conversion issue, so far u r allert to throw when ur sense say right, do it prudently.Censof and its warrant seems to be healthy to my opinion.But final decision is urs.

Hi Siva, there is all posibility that GST can be implemented in the forth coming budget.If this happens, both mother and warrant should go up if Time Eng is awarded for the software.But if any sort of MGO or GO given to Censof by any interested party, holding warrant wont be impressive, infact sometimes may drop drastically but the mother share will react vigprously to the news. Censof giving a MGo for Time Eng is not a great news as far as Censof is concerned.
