I totally disagree KYY's idea on the issuances of more shares. Not at all beneficial to minority shareholders resulting in further and further dilution. Most of the forummers here I suppose to be minorities and this article on issuance of more shares only sucks.
Why aren't they split the existing shares say 1 for 4 or 5 as how much the company wanted? In this way dilution is absolutely overruled.
