i support by investing and looking forward for good Management performance by seeing significant improvement in profit margin. Good profit give me good EPS, good PE which therefore sure translate to good share price and eventually looking forward for dividend payment.

MPay start to look interesting

Tee still got 3.8mil shares after disposal. It seen like he is trying to press down the shares using some portion to drag those with soft heart to dispose as well. If this is how he is planning to do, this exercise could drag on for at least another month or 2.

all those ancient counters are moving recently...if you put in some effort to do some research...and actually EG is also consider ancient counter..like one of the contributor here written how well EG was performing back in the 90'

small fly like us can buy some some to keep...as long as got patient and dont get angry easily then baru buy this counter...very soon, all Bursa very difficult to see any counter less then RM1.00...

it need to trigger the buying interest...now the price drop so much only then it is interesting to some major buyers..

You can draw the investment decision, as for me, IF EG still run by existing Management, meaning, profit margin not going to be good, dividend policy still zero payout, no breakthru, what for invest in this company?

However, since now, it look like a change of Management, change of shareholder structure is happening as reported in the last few days, new management style may be implemented which therefore may bring in new light, and bring in new hope for the investors.

EG's REVENUE is huge, and keep making net profit past 10 years, however, the net profit margin far too THIN.

FY ended 30 June 2014. The share price keep coming down since early July, may be due to EG's 4th quarterly not good.

ShQuah, at 0.78 the PE is high at 32X. Unless their quarterly result ended 30 June is extremely good.
However, if you look at WE Holdings paying RM1.00 per share last Friday, it then could be an interesting reference in your decision making.

yes, Atlas. Thanks. just check with broker, EG's holding in MYEG is slightly more then 4.38mil and worth about RM0.18 per share to EG.

MYEG total number of share is 601,105,100. if EG holds 10% of MYEG, it is 60,105,100 and at RM3.10 current price, it worth RM186,325,810.

EG total number of share is only 70,100,000.

if EG holding in MYEG is 10% then the worth is RM186,325,810 and divide by EG's total share, it is RM2.658 per share.

so, Atlas, that info may be not correct. Please enlighten me if possible.
