I agree. This is a very strong stock. Keep it. Will be higher than AWC soon. The rise for the past few days really proven there are a lot of investors out there who are waiting to buy.

@yifie_911 Don't laugh lah...on Aug 17 it really jumped from 40 sen to 47.5 sen. So there is nothing wrong for AAX to jump from 40 sen to 45 sen.
Just wait and see. When you least expect it. When you all are throwing. That is the time it will rise and jump as big investors are waiting to push it up again. You all throw. They will buy. I monitored AWC last time also same. A lot of them throwing to 35 sen. Slowly people collect...and after breaking 50 sen it jumped to 80 sen. So don't ever think nobody is watching. Everyday you can see someone coming in to support. You already know this stock is being monitored. So just buy when it is low and keep it.

AirAsia Bhd has entered into a wet lease agreement with PT Indonesia AirAsia Extra (IAAX) to lease two Airbus A330 widebody aircraft for US$12.9mil (RM52.5mil).

IAAX is a 49:51 joint venture between AirAsia X Bhd and PT Kirana Anugerah Perkasa.

So revenue for AAX will increase! Good time to buy.

Oil Prices Waver on Weaker Dollar, OPEC Uncertainty

Prices had surged briefly Monday morning following talks between Russia and Saudi Arabia, on the hopes that the two major producers would announce a joint initiative to freeze or reduce output. However, the countries made only vague promises of greater cooperation.

The oil market remains oversupplied, with U.S. inventories of crude oil and refined products at a record high, according to the Energy Information Administration.

Of course an element is risk is there but the returns is enormous. Look at POS-CU rising from 3 sen to 26.5 sen. So you cannot kept saying just because of the risk you dare not buy. Other people buy also 13 sen. I think some still holding at 13 sen waiting for it to go to 20 sen.

You only scared if you don't want to subscribe. Some people want to buy warrants so that they can subscribe to the mother share. So not a big issue if AAX continue to move up. Warrants will move in tandem with the mother stock. This is call leverage.

AAX-Cu is the cheapest and the potential to go up is higher. I remember last time it went to a high of 13 sen. The next round should above 20 sen. So at the current price, it is good to buy and keep.

Collected some AAX-Cus. Good time to collect.

After the heart attack at 37 sen and dropping non stop for 7 days ... I realized that we are just frightening ourselves. AAX won't keep dropping. The selling is normal and healthy. Nothing to be afraid. I see it as an opportunity to collect and accumulate.

Reasons:=

1. Oil price will be low for some time. Shale oil from US is cheap. Not easy for OPEC to control the price.
2. AAX is expanding. More business, more new routes, more seats taken.
3. Good QR expected. Business is expanding. Profit for 3 straight quarters even in this current 2nd qtr which is the toughest.
4. IB TP 47 sen. So it will not drop further and further. No need to be so scary to throw a good stock like AAX.
5. TF is a good leader and manager. The team is expert in handling financial.
6. AAX is cheap and lagging. More uptrend is predicted to come.

Any other reasons to sell except profit taking ?

Buy on weakness. Best time to buy now because you can buy now at 40 sen. Actually the selling is expected. Just that I expected it to come yesterday. Today it came but the support is still strong. So I guess it will be supported at 40 sen.

Looks good now. AA and AAX green green grass. Both will rebound and retest new highs. All contra kaki burnt and washed out.

Today looks like BB is making a move. Once 41.5 sen broken, it is proven a buy signal. Ready bullets. Buy early.

ST - short term 1week
MT - middle term 4 weeks
LT - Long term 12 weeks

Normally this September month end or 1 week earlier. I suspect the QR will not be too good as the previous months oil prices are down. Playing oil is a bit of risk as sometimes when the oil go too high, people will shout glut and it comes down. When oil goes down, then people shout OPEC stop production and oil shoot back up. So its really a heart attack. Safer to wait for the QR to decide if SKpetro is heading to the right direction.

Perisai is still struggling with its debts. Oil price still yoyo up and down due to speculation. “Perisai currently has short term borrowings of RM475.4mil but its cash is only RM21.9mil. Note that the group is attempting to renegotiate with bondholders of its SG$125mil in medium term notes to reschedule the payback period,” it said. So this month is a very unstable time for Perisai.

Actually bb tp for AAX 47 sen. But it overshot to 49 sen during the rally prompting analyst to down grade it so that it won't jump too high. This create panic selling as frightened contra players start the selling spree after reading the downgrade news. However it dropped to an oversold position at 37 sen. The BB started buying back the stocks as it was considered cheap now.

If today can close above 41 sen...then confirm tomorrow will try to close the gap at 45 sen. The big buying wave is really strong. Don't under estimate it. I think more to come.
