Like I said earlier...it is perfectly normal for a stock to go up and down...because of the profit taking activities....yesterday it was sitting at 61 sen and 62 sen...today we are at 67 and 68 sen....so it is on a uptrend. The lows get higher. We have to break 70 sen resistant again once sellers are finished. Good to start to accumulate at this level 67 sen.

After yesterday sharp rebound, XOX is going to retest the 69 sen resistant today.
Looking at the chart, we see a bullish pattern yesterday. It was an engulfing bullish pattern.
The green candlestick completely cover back the red candlestick yesterday. This means
buyers are more aggressive than sellers. Why is XOX such an attractive stock??

1. XOX capital reduction 2:1 making it only 166 million stocks in circulation. This is a very small
amount if you compare with Maxis and Digi 7 billion shares. The lesser the stock in the market
make it a very valuable commodity.
2. Not only XOX is limited, it is the cheapest telco around. Digi is selling above $5 and Maxis selling
above $6. Telco is a very huge untap market. This sector is highly sought by investors as the
profit can be very huge.
3. XOX is a no frills telco meaning it is like Airasia. It is like a economy rice. Suitable for a lot of
poorer consumers who want cheaper alternatives. This ikan bilis market is huge.
4. XOX brand is slowly getting popular with Dato Lee as their ambassador. The image XOX brand
name will be sitting side by side with Maxis and Digi in the future. Watch out 2016 for XOX with
LCW in the Olympics.
5. WongAhYong started buying and invested heavily in XOX as one of the major shareholder.
This itself gave others the confidence XOX is a good stock to invest in long term. As long as
Wong stays inside XOX, the price will be maintained and on the upside.
6. Mara is one of the major shareholder. Mara is a reputable organisation and many will know if
they really want to push a counter...it will rise very fast. So XOX got good backing.
7. QR report this week is expected to be good and the price of the stock kept rising in anticipation.

Instaco shareholders enjoyed 1:3 bonus issue ex-date 2nd Nov 2015. The stock price was adjusted down from 23 sen to 17 sen based on the bonus issue on Nov 2nd. When the CIMB research report came out many chase the stock because of the letter of Award and the change of name. I know how it feels. The excitement suddenly overcome your whole sense and you feel like superman or a drunk man...buying and shopping like a no tomorrow or supermarket sales. You load up all your trolleys with huge amount of groceries...thinking yeah...this is huge savings!!!!!

This is when profit taking sets in because many bought around 19 sen ( before ex-date ) and happily selling at 32 sen for a huge profit of 12 sen. And there are tons of people rushing to buy...because the research report valued the stock as high as 74 sen. There are 2 billion stocks in circulation and this is a big elephant, a lot of money needed to push it to 74 sen. Not an easy feat.

Bear in mind this is just a 'letter of Award'. Nothing yet...everything not started yet. No profit yet to the company. Now it is just getting money from investors to start the project. By changing the names, will it push the profit sky high? By just getting a letter of award, will the balance sheet turn profitable overnight?

This are the questions we need to think about and understand. I bet with the UMA, many will start to sell and take profit first. I will wait for the next QR report to see how good is their profit.

It is really good to see Hibiscs rebounded strongly yesterday. I know how it feels to be trapped for so long and to see some green is really exciting.
We see a very bullish pattern forming ( Ladder Bottom ) which signal a rebound due to an extremely oversold position. With the buy signal triggered investors will start to buy.
My suggestion to Hibiscs investors :=

1. Buy around 27 - 29 sen range ( good buy)
2. Resistant 36 sen. Take profit near resistant.
4. Further buy if break 33 sen.
5. Stop loss 25 sen.
