Good morning. I know it is very hard to swallow when a stock drop suddenly and many investors are caught with their pants down. This is actually Normal. If you accept this as Normal you don't panic. If you practise capital management, you don't panic. If you have a game plan, you don't panic. You panic only if :=

1. You over buy. You got 10K you bought 30K hoping to contra. Now you are holding...of course you are sweating all over...waiting to get out desperately.
2. You buy at 68 sen and now it is 62 sen. You are sweating because you did not cut loss and you are afraid it will drop further.
3. You buy at 63 sen and not is is 62 sen. You are still sweating because you don't want to lose. But it seemed you are still short of 1 sen. And you are sweating.

Those who are happy are those who sold and waiting for it to go lower.

Those who are holding are those who are afraid it will go lower.

Investing in stock is like testing which side is stronger. Is the buyer or seller stronger????

If the stock suddenly jump up today I bet many will further buy as it is already so cheap at 62 sen.

If the stock suddenly go down I bet those holding under 1,2,3 will want to sell. Only those holding long term are not affected because they buy and wait for 2016. That time XOX will rise back to $1.
But the time now and 2016 is still a long way and nobody dare to gamble. Do you have metal balls to hold? Remember when it dropped to 22.5 sen it rebound several times and that was the support. Many are waiting to buy at the support.

So question now is where is the support???? Based on the chart I can see clearly 58.5 sen is one of the first support. The next support is 48 sen which is the strongest support. This is where it rebounded many times and never fails.

With that in mind, for today I bet the range to play is between 58.5 sen to 68 sen. From the chart, it seemed to be bearish as it was looking like 'bearish engulfing' pattern but it did not fully bearish because the closing is higher than previous days lows which is 61.5 sen. So we still see it is slightly bearish but as long as you hold tight if you don't use the money it will rebound.

Taking profit is part and parcel of playing stocks. The price will not rise linearly upwards without a stop. If that happens, Bursa will come knocking at your door. So in order to move up, that a fews ups and downs...like a Wave....air pasang ...air surut....air pasang...air surut...as long as the uptrend is still intact, it will move upwards. So far the support of 58 sen is still holding. If break 58 sen it is a sell signal. Otherwise those holding long term should not worry.

My suggestion is look for bargain between 58 sen and 62 sen. Buy on weakness. You won't go wrong. Sell if break 58 sen support. Relax and have a kit kat. Don't play if you are emotional. You need to control your impulse.

I agree many of you trapped here is because you are so afraid of selling. Because Hibiscs dropped too much and everyone of you are trapped. It is really hard to sell a stock that we bought at high price at the lowest price. How can we do that? Some think better leave it here at least wait for the rebound. No right or no wrong. Some brave souls will sell...cut loss...like cutting a cancer in your body....because you suffer everyday seeing your money go lower and lower...gamble...invest in other growing counter with good profits in the QR report. Some will choose to close one eye and hold tight die with the company hoping one day it will rebound back to $1. If the company lose and go PN17 worst come to worst just write off the loss as gone with the wind...sayonara.

The problem with hibiscs is the losses every year and the dip in oil price. But I hope the oil price will increase and Hibiscs can rebound. Just that it has gone down so fast so much...many are trapped. Even Petronas suffered huge drop in profit last quarter. Anyway you can keep this in cold storage but my advise is buy other better counter that is moving and let your money grow instead of waiting here and let your money drop each day.

Anyway I think some late comers will buy...while those who already bought will unload...just be careful not to chase like no tomorrow or get caught on top. Maybe you can buy on weakness.

Going down all the way for so many days..from Oct 30th 59 sen to Nov 18th 23 sen...for a loss of 36 sen in just 3 weeks. Imagine those bought at 90 sen...and those still holding at $1 and above. I don't think I can afford to hold this loss making stock for so long without cutting it. Why still loyal to this loser? The world is so big. There are always another better stock to play.
