serbadk dont want SIR . they just need to fire kpmg, hired another auditor then kao dim. bursa kakaciaociao insiste serba do a SIR. so now they argue that bursa have no power to ask them do SIR. is an abuse of the power. banyak pandai.

From the comment here, you can see how ugly can a person be, a company sue ex director, sue auditor, sue Bursar, against almost all the regulator...

No principle, no moral, just because you have vested in SD. Ugly..ugly....sad.

What will happen to SCIB and Kpower? I just share a thought, may be wrong. You need to decide for your own money.
If Serbadk really continue to suspend and end up delisting, SCIB will also soon become 0.050 because no more back mountain to give contracts and inject cash.
Kpower, I think will not be far away facing selling pressure. Many people say, Kpower is drive by another driver. But never forget, the basic engine of the vehicle was DK. Driver can seat in to drive but without the engine, how the vehicle move? Using legs walking method or asking you all to push from behind?
I mentioned few times, don't take this risk until result out. It's ok to buy expensive if a company can continue growing. Low price not mean cheap.
Moreover, PP and RIght issue will dilute the EPS. Please be smart

I do believe most of the people that still holds SD stocks because still believe that the SIR can be positive and good.
