how the TM take over P1 deal going to benefit GP?
the 350m pumped into P1 and GP got 210m bond which may convert to GP's P1 remaining share.
after so many year of losing and effort and it seems like P1 sold at cheap dirt price.
what is GP's next profit generate engine after lose control of P1 and where to invest for 210m fund ?
